I thought I knew what branding my business meant. It was your company's name or title expressed through a word or symbol. I now know that it is so much more than a card or tag with my business name written on it. Branding is so much more than that!
Branding represents everything from the way you handle customer service to the time and care you deliver your goods with, and everything in between.
Essentially, branding is putting you into, onto and around every aspect of your business and products. Your brand is the image and experience you want one to see and feel and hopefully want more of.
